By using FlashCut.ai and AutoCapcut, you agree to comply with the following terms.

Use of Service

FlashCut.ai provides video automation tools for CapCut. You must be 18 years or older to use the service. You are responsible for the content created using our tools.

License

Upon purchasing a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software. Each license is bound to a single device.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, copy, or reverse-engineer the software. Do not use it to create content that violates laws or copyrights.

Payment

Payment is accepted via bank transfer or e-wallets. Licenses are activated upon payment confirmation. No refunds after 7 days from purchase.

Limitation of Liability

FlashCut.ai is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service. The service is provided "as-is".

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate the terms. You may also request account deletion at any time.

Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
